Description
Listed building consent to remove all of the stone tiles and set aside, fit treated 2 x 1 laths and a breathable membrane and then re-fit the original tiles. In the event that any tiles are damaged and cannot be reused these will be replaced with reclaimed tiles of the same specification. Where reclaimed tiles are needed, the plan is to place these to the rear aspect of the house to minimise any visual impact which could result from different weathering slates between the original and replacement tiles. An eaves support system will be fitted, and the ridge tiles will be attached on a mortar bed
