External works to include installation of a new timber window in place of the removed aluminium unit. Removal of historic timber shutters at ground floor level and like for like replacement where repair is not possible, retaining existing ironmongery. Removal of external air conditioning units and making good. Internal works to include removal of existing modern stud partitions, Installation of new stud walls to form WCs and an office. Installation of a glazed partition with sliding door to the meeting room and a sliding door to the office. Replacement of existing plasterboard ceilings with new plasterboard ceilings. Blocking up of an external door internally to create an accessible WC. Removal of an existing internal door, blocking up of the opening, and installation of two new doors to serve the WCs. Installation of a new kitchenette at ground floor level and new sanitaryware and finishes to the WCs.
