Description

The proposed building works compromises of a small extension at the rear of the property. Presently the old as built from new garage has long been converted into an internal room (Dining Room). It projects 2.4 metres from the principal rear elevation wall. The principle rear elevation wall is the entrance at present and the proposed extension will be built from this rear wall to be level with projection of the old garage as built. It will not extend beyond this wall. The side wall that is adjacent to the property next door at No 21, will be located entirely within the boundary of 23 Kidderminster Way and will form the boundary in this area between the two properties, replacing the 6ft fence that is currently in place. All drainage to both foul sewer and surface water will be moved where required with no interruption to the correct use of these.
