Description
There is currently a laburnum tree being choked by ivy on the right border (when facing property from the road) in the rear garden of the property that we wish to remove as it may impede laying of, and onward structural integrity of foundations for a proposed extension (plans not yet submitted). Following a visit from a structural engineer to review whether an extension may be feasible, the engineer advised that the laburnum tree would be best removed if works were to go ahead. Neighbours on the bordering boundary have already been advised of our intention to remove the tree and have no issue with us submitting this application and moving ahead with remove if approved. This planning application is being submitted as the property on which the tree sits is in the Syddal Green Conservation area. HAR/CA34… Data via plota.co.uk
