With this application we request that Condition No 4 be amended to allow a maximum ridge height of 8.95 meters above finished floor level. this will allow for a house design to reflect both neighbouring properties situated adjacent to the Western and Eastern boundary of this proposed site. both these properties have ridge heights of 8.9m to 9.1m plus from finished floor level. while travelling West and on approach to this site, there is also a full 2 storey dwelling. this stretch of the Glengomna Road, is dominated by full height 2 storey dwellings with ridge heights in excess of 8.9-9.5meters.
