The last 2.5 meters has had 1 foot in height removed due to garages from next street situated there so need space for there foundations. The last 2.5 meters has had decking fitted. I have been advised to apply for a retrospective application from a council officer. Size of rear seating area is 254 cm out from garages with a height at the front section of 98 cm.
