Proposed use of Stewartby Rail Sidings, hardstanding and access roads, new wheelwash and acoustice barrier for the importation of material by train for export from the site by road, including variation of approved plans under Condition 1 (retrospective), variation of permitted acoustice barrier under Condition 12 (retrospective) and temporary extension to permitted working hours under Condition 3 attached to permission no. 22/01285/EIAWM in order to allow for site layout and operational amendments.
