Description
Hi! I work for a charity called The Women???s Prize Trust and am currently in the process of using BT???s adopt a kiosk programme to take over two unused phone boxes in Hampstead to turn into Little Free Library's. BT have agreed to let me adopt the two boxes but I need sign off from Camden Council before I finalise anything. The exact instructions from BT were as follows: "As these kiosks are considered grade II listed we ask that you make contact with Camden London Borough Council planning department ( planning@camden.gov.uk ) to advise them of the intention to adopt and to find out if any planning consents are needed to allow the adoption to proceed or for any plans you have for the kiosk. Please forward their response onto us and all being well we will then send the contact to be signed and returned to us at BT Payphones, along with the nominal adoption fee of ??1.00 per kiosk. Like-for-like repairs, repainting the kiosk in the same colour and works inside the kiosk are unlikely to need planning consent" I love these phone boxes and am not planning on changing anything on their exteriors. Interior changes will be relatively minimal mostly adding shelves for books. Data via plota.co.uk
