Felling of Lawson Cypress G14 Ref 03/00620/TPO I was given permission to fell two of the three Lawson Cypress in 2003 refusal reason that it would be detrimental to the visual ammenity of the landscape character of the road. Since then T38 and T73 have been removed due to subsidence to both opposite properties. The lawson Cypress is 4.5 metres from the house and now over 20 metres tall.
