Description

Pine trees x 3/4. They are approx 30-40 feet high. We would like to cut off overhanging branches which are hanging about 8ft over the wall into our garden. But ideally need the trees cutting down to 10 feet or taken away completely as getting to a quite dangerous height. They are stopping light and sun in the garden and even the house at certain times of the day as our garden faces south. The garden is now in shade for the majority of the day. Debris is continually falling and covering the roof of the shed and making an awful mess at that ending the garden. Also pigeons sitting in the trees are covering that end of the patio in droppings which is unsightly and a health hazard. We have to spray wash the new patio every few days. I wrote to the owner of the garden last April and posted the letter through the door of house in Northcote Road as instructed but have had no reply. The owners of Woodbine Cottage did cut the trees back about 25 years ago when my parents were originally renovating the cottage. We have spent over a year and a lot of money completely extending and refurbishing no. 30 and this is just not right that we have to put up with this mess and lack of daylight.
