Description
I wish to notify you of my intention to carry out an overall crown reduction of an overhanging oak tree by approximately 3 metres, returning it to its previous pruning points. The reason for this is that it currently restricts a significant amount of light to my garden at 58 Wallenger Avenue. The tree is located on the neighbouring property, on the opposite side of the fence. The tree is situated approximately 2 metres beyond the boundary fence, within the conservation area. The tree owners have agreed for me to submit this application and to undertake the works at my own cost upon approval. All works will be carried out carefully to ensure the continued health of the tree.
