Description

The proposal is to drop the curb by 5.3m using 6 flat curb sections and 1 ramp curb (tappered curb). Only 1 ramp curb will be needed as the lowered section of curb will merge with the neighbouring property's lowered curb. This will mean access can be created onto the associated property's land. From the road to the edge of the property's land a 1.5m section of grass verge and a 1.6m section of pavement will be tarmac to match the surrounding area. The new drive way will be 5.9m depth and more than 4m wide constructed of permeable tarmac and a gravel trap for soak away.
