Description

The development involved the installation of 2no. external gas risers to the side elevation of the building. The first riser connected to the isolation valve on the side of the building, then climbed approximately 1.6m then elbowed left to reach the bin area. Once in the bin area, a float was ran down the side of the building to reach the affected flats (flats 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10). The second riser connected to the isolation valve, and then branched off to leave a pipeline for the meter box. The new external riser was to feed flats 3, 5, 7, and 9.
