Temporary change of use of the site from general industrial and storage (Class B2 and B8) to a bus depot/vehicle maintenance facility (Sui generis) until 31 December 2035 to include; Alterations to the existing building including insertion of access doors and ventilation louvres; erection of waste management and air source heat pump enclosures; works including resurfacing the existing site to provide car, van, motorcycle and cycle parking spaces and bus parking spaces; provision of EV charging points; the installation of a hydrogen facility to include the provision of 4 hydrogen refuelling stations with store, 4 chillers, 4 dispensers, compressors and ventilation stacks for hydrogen control system; gantry bus washing facility; other associated infrastructure to include lighting columns and CCTV cameras; fire walls and security fencing.
