Description

Erection of one and two storey buildings to provide a Neighbourhood Centre comprising of a mix of A1 (retail), A2 (financial and professional), A3 (restaurant/cafe), B1a (office) and D1 (medical centre/non-residential institution) uses with associated car parking, security fence and delivery space, provision of a Sports Club to comprise of football/sports pitches with clubhouse (use class D2) and associated car park, floodlights, enabling land level changes with retaining walls and security fencing, a new internal access road from London Road and the provision of recreational open space with accesses from London Road and Stone Place Road (variation of condition 2 to substitute drawings to allow a larger neighbourhood centre extent with minor changes to parking layout and landscaping and variations to 1, 3, 4, 11-25 to ensure that they refer to the most up to date drawings and details).
