Description

We will be erecting scaffolding on all elevations in line with program, Initially stripping the building envelope of the 2 main combustible cladding elements: Combustible EPS with render (Main walls) and Combustible overlapping horizontal timber planks (Window infills and Penthouse walls) and installing new non-combustible materials in their place: Licata External Wall Insulation (EWI) system to main walls (A1 rated insulation with mesh and render to exterior face) and A2 rated Hardie Panel VL horizontal planks to window infills and Penthouse walls. The replacement will be like for like. The existing building substrate is currently block work behind EWI and SFS framing with sheathing board behind Timber cladding. No extension or reduction of areas will occur. No change of use will occur. NOTE: THIS IS THE SAME APPLICATION AS PP-14411153 we are only amending the address to 1-83.
