Removal and Variation of Conditions 3, 4 and 5 of pp 06/22/0946/CU (Change of use of first floor for a temporary period of six years to hostel for up to 16 adults and ancillary office space) - Proposed removal of Condition 3 (occupancy shall be restricted to rough sleepers / the homeless and connected support staff), and amendment to Conditions 4 (use of certain rooms for rough sleepers / the homeless only) and Condition 5 (use of certain rooms as an ancillary supporting office use only), and the addition of a new Condition to ensure occupation is for short term and temporary use accommodation only; Amendments proposed to allow the first floor to be used for hostel room letting and as managed residential accommodation for single people working in the area, until 19 January 2029.
