Application for non material amendment to previously approved application 19/01779/OUT. Addition of new grasscrete parking area to east of access road between Plots 69 & 70, with 0.9m post & rail timber fence and hedgerow planting and 1.2m close boarded fence to rear boundary adjoining Plot 69. Electric vehicle charging point moved to post serving three parking bays. Amendment of materials for plots 42 & 43 to facing brick instead of render as originally indicated.
