Installation of 1no. below ground connections from the existing gas main in Nevern Square/ the pavement to the front (south-west) of the building. Above ground works comprised the installation of a new riser network and the installation of two meter boxes in basement vault area (as per GW10 design). Two meter boxes were installed for flats (ground floor flat & 1st floor flat. 3x Riser entries into living rooms and bedroom.
