(G1) - Consisting of 1x Ash & 2x Sycamore: these are situated behind the rear boundary of 60 Avenue Road on a strip of council land growing on a very steep bank. Trees are significantly overhanging the rear boundary of the garden and branches are becoming overextended. Proposing to reduce height and lateral spread over garden by up to 4m in order to prevent failure of branches, reduce encroachment to garden and ensure stability of trees due to being rooted on a steep bank
